In my opinion, just because a player got the ball doesn't make it a sound tackle. If it a reckless or worse tackle (by your judgement) then it should be a DFK and dealt with appropriately, whether or not they got the ball. e.g going in at full pelt, gets ball first but continues into player.

Feel sorry for the referee, don't know what he was thinking allowing play to restart.

So today I completed my 6th 9v9 or 11v11 game. As I'm under 16 I can only be promoted to level 8. Anyone know about how I can go about getting that promotion?

When trying to enter 5v5, 9v9, and 11v11 matches I have reffed, on the whole game system I find that one (or sometimes both) of the teams are not listed in their league and age range. Anyone else find this? Anyone got advice for what to do? Really annoying as I haven't been able to get past...
