Thanks everyone for the replies. It appears to me that this is just a half-hearted attempt from the FA to try and show they're doing something about dissent. If they really want to do something about they would do something higher up the football ladder.

Also i;d just like to add- is the sin bin something you'd like to see implemented at the highest level?
