Hi everyone, is there anyone on here that referee's in the Bury & Bolton league or has done recently? Been trying to figure out for ages if under 12's football uses the same rules as normal adult football. Like the pass back rule and offside mainly. Can't seem to find it anywhere on the BBDFL...

When you send someone to the sin bin do you have to keep the track of the time yourself and wave them back on? Or does someone else keep track of time for you?
