    Arsenal v Bayern

Not that this matters as such for law but who took the goal kicks the rest of the game? I never watched it. If Gabriel had been taking them all game I think this would help my decision

    Rainbow Laces

Wear them and don’t worry about opinions on it other than your own and those you are supporting. Some close minded opinions clearly. I’ll also throw in if you don’t want to wear them as laces then you could perhaps use them as a lanyard. Andre Marriner done this regularly in the EPL

    Refs in trainers

Can’t say that’s ever happened (yet)

Dutch Referee Blog - Week 11 Laws of the Game Quiz 2023-2024

Have I read/misunderstood number 3? Would someone be able to explain the answer

Sunny Singh Gill - Palace Vs Luton

I’ve tried it in the house. Its actually surprisingly not bad even though the lanyard becomes somewhat redundant

Sunny Singh Gill - Palace Vs Luton

Never watched the game or highlights to know of his performance but did see he was wearing a wrist lanyard as well as a finger grip. Don’t think I’ve seen that before

    Refs in trainers

I chew on gum during a game as does Michael Oliver. Looks like the player took a sore one

    Carlos Corberan Sending Off

    It would be a DFK

    What do you write?

I haven’t had this issue. Simple pencil eraser and they are good as new

    RefSix

I’d recommend only pressing end match or send to phone (forget the exact wording) when you have your phone open and on the refsix page if you aren’t already doing so. See if that helps

    RefSix

Can’t say I’ve had the same battery draining issue. I’m on series 5 apple watch and can get through a game no problem with battery remaining. Only issues I’ve had with data is from inside venues.

    Man U v Wigan

Feel like Anthony Taylor has been the focus of a few soft penalties in recent weeks
  13. Degnann

    Brentford v Wolves

Thats my point of raising that the ball is out of play purely for pedantic purposes of course. If the ball is out of play, then it can’t be SFP and would need to be VC
  14. Degnann

    Brentford v Wolves

With this, what would we say to the ball being just out so therefore can’t be SFP? Just creating conversation of course
  15. Degnann

    Pal v Eve

Also seen places say it allows them to give referees with little to none VAR experience at it. Potentially broadening the scope
  16. Degnann

    Pal v Eve

I also believe there are two VARS assigned to these FA cup games from this game onwards. Not sure the process or if they both have a say though

  18. Degnann

    Pal v Eve

Not a red card for me. Point of contact is high on the shin but it looks like its 1 stud as most. There is no excessive force nor does it endanger an opponent safety. The palace place rolling about in the ground is embarrassing

    Crackdown of Dissent

For me, theres no need for the referee to approach the player here. It’s a defensive fk, get up the park and move away. He’s definitely questioning the player on something “what do you mean….” And “what?” Are all I can lip read but it almost seems to me like he’s boxed himself in here...
