Hopefully the statistics tab will be back on MOAS this week (it was suppose to be back yesterday, so I won’t hold my breath) - it’ll be interesting to see how the average is affected this year with observers not seeing the mark they award.
Have you been informed you've got access? i.e. as a level 7 you'll only get access if you've been nominated for FA appointments by your County FA (Which you'll know about by now, saw some Tweets a week or so back about an email those at 7/6/5 received re. FA appointments) - or - if you do supply...
Incorrect. Even if you’re a level 4 you have to do the normal 4W-3W promotion route like anyone else, so you’re literally being observed by a county observer. A level 4 mate of mine had to do this last season and got promoted to 3W a couple of weeks back.
It’s the same for level 3s as well...

4Y1 - will be replaced with ‘4SL’ when you’re allocated to a supply league - Normally start of July - this signals that you’re a first year level 4

Yes, even if you are an experienced referee in the mens pathway (I was told no until I'd done a year at tier 3/4 in the womens game HA). It was slightly insulting.
