2 games back to back, feeling the effects now on the ankle

Had a cup game, went full 90 then had two 10 minute halves of extra time. I was then doing the game straight after the cup game and due to it over running literally had a mouthful of water and started the next one. Absolute killer as essentially 200 minutes of football with short breaks.

My left ankle is really stiff, any tips to loosen it up?

Put the ball of your foot on the ground and rotate quite quickly round and round; stretch out your achilles' heel by putting the sore ankle forward with knee slightly bent and lean forward, keeping the heel on the ground.
