2026/27 Step 2-6 Kit

Hi all

Is there anyone ITK that can advise whether Step 2-6 kit will be Puma or Nike for the 2026/27 season?

Sure I’ve seen somewhere that the Nike deal runs to 2030 but can’t find it anywhere.

It is Nike for next season though I don't know when it runs to. I assume it is the Referee III range as what else would it be?

Nike is “expected” at Steps 2-6 but not mandatory. The FA can’t make it mandatory if they don’t provide you full kits every season like the professional game.

In reality you can wear whatever brand of referee kit you like as long as it’s black.

That’s why the FA said that Nike was “expected” at steps 2-6. Very, very clever wording.

Wear whatever you feel most comfortable with (or the one that saves the most pennies).

I’ve tried the Puma this season and am not convinced. The shorts are better but the rest not so much.

Back to Nike next season for me.

I like them! They’re much more like players shorts but with pockets. I will admit that the quality doesn’t seem amazing though
