Accrington is close to Bolton, anyone know what unique record they hold?
Happened last season in Millwall vs Bolton. Tony Harrington was ill before the game so had to pull out and Millwall fan Steve Perry become 4th official. The original 4th official Lee Swabey took over as referee but then injured his calf in the first half, so he went back to 4th, senior AR went in the middle and Steve Perry went onto the other line.

What level was/is Steve Parry?
Was a 4, now a 5 I believe.
Something in the water at Millwall, also happened in January in a televised game when the referee went down, 4th official went on and they plucked a London FA L7, Ed Boswell, out to become 4th official. Sky Sports even rapidly knocked up a replacement caption for him ...
