If an attacker is fouled outside the penalty area ( not being pulled) but continues into the penalty area by giving them the advantage and they are fouled again in the penalty area do you bring it back for the first offence or award a pen .

Which is the better advantage for the offended team? There's your answer.
 
I know this wasn't your specific original question, but it is closely related and a good reminder for all of us - If a defender starts holding an attacker outside of the penalty area and the hold continues until the attacker is inside of the penalty area, the attackers receive a penalty kick.
