Sunday 1st February 2015.... Clear blue skies,sun shining just a tad too cold
09.30..... Sat watching Fireman Sam with my son...BECAUSE I GOT NO MATCH !!!

Don't mean to rub it in, but I have quite a high profile cup match middle today. No word of a lie to say I am buzzing. :D

That said, I went to my match yesterday only to find the pitch destroyed by a kids match earlier in the day. All those sad little faces when I informed them there was no game for them that afternoon (they went to the pub instead for what they informed me would be an all dayer). I got my expense and half match fee to console me on the long drive home.
 
Good Luck with the match.....and um,oh,ah,eeh,arrr.......ok not rubbin' it in i accept like a true pro :)
 
May have been a high profile cup match, but dear god did both teams winge, moan and generally behave like spoilt children for 90 minutes. Still it's all experience - even if there was nothing afterwards, not even a blooming sandwich. Just a long drive home.
