Are we allowed to use vanishing sprays in amateur football?

Hi. I know we are not required to use vanishing sprays (to mark the 10 yd distance) in amateur level football. However, I was wondering if we can still use them if we wanted to? Any suggestions?

One thing about managing FKs
In the interests of pace of play, don't always feel compelled to pace out the 10 yards. Away from the PA, just stand adjacent and indicate where you want defensive players
