What is the best and worst county for a level 5 referee who can pass the FA fitness? My criteria would be :
1. Senior league(s) below Supply level for middles
2. Supply league(s) for lines
3. Appointments most weeks. So not too many referees for matches available
4. Appointments system that means fair allocation of fixtures (versus referee secretary's mates)
