Can't log into wholegame?

It kept saying my password was incorrect, I was 99% sure it was correct but I reset it just to make sure. Still can't log in. I just get a message saying an error has occurred.

Anyone got any ideas?

It happens, whole game isn't the most reliable platform sometimes.
