Hi. I just wanted to ask, do abandoned matches which you were appointed as a referee count towards the 20 matches as a referee? (relevant when applying for promotion)
 
The Ref Stop
It will only count if the result at the time of the abandonment stands. If that isn't the case it will be replayed so in effect the original game never actually happened.
