The Referee Store
Good refereeing. The VC was arguably a bit soft, but it's rare to see top-flight referees apply Law to uncommon incidents

The first clip is of course easily sold with Ars, VAR, and of course comms
For the majority of us, it would be guesswork to go either for the corner, or a pk, and no matter which one we choose, its going to be a difficult sell.
Brych simply has to do what he does, tap his ear and say, boys in studio have seen it back, corner
Sensible refereeing at end of clip to award defensive fk, just exactly what you want!
correct all round

second clip, correct again, as above though, might be a more difficult spot and sell operating alone.

two good clips tho.

Jan's point about the whistling is really good. If it's not a penalty, don't whistle it like a penalty. In the VC clip the staccato whistle is a great tool.
Brych is class.

I watched the first one live, and listening to the commentary made me laugh as the chap thought the yellow must've been for dissent. Good calls by the official (s) though.
