The FA have released an amended version of the laws for Walking Football and these have been circulated to all county FAs. Soon to follow will be FA training materials that will enable WF referees to become qualified. It is hoped that this provision will see more referees see WF as another opportunity to referee games. Walking Football is now huge in the UK with around 30 FA affiliated leagues taking place with monthly fixtures plus many other FA affiliated tournaments as well.
