Fitness Test Tomorrow

Got my fitness assessment tomorrow. I've been practicing so I think I'll do fine.

Anyone got any experience with them? I take it I wear a pair of trainers with general fitness gear or do I have to wear boots?

How long does it last? Do I get to go once I've done it?

They should tell you... If it's on the running track you usually aren't allowed to use shoes with running spikes, it has to be flat soles, so trainers or whatever.

But as already said, it'll depend what test you're doing. The cooper or the newer modern 75/25.
