Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask what type of card is given to goalkeepers if they deny an attacker an obvious goalscoring opportunity when in a 1v1 situation. I've heard before that it's only a yellow if the gk makes a genuine attempt to play the ball, but I'm not really sure, so can you please let me know your opinions on this?

I think this is one where perhaps you might want to go and read the law on denial of a goal scoring opportunity, and then come back and tell us what your think the answer is having read the law?
