I've been a member of this forum since February but never got round to doing this… so I thought I probably should. I'm Harry, I've been qualified since March and I'm a Level 9 referee. I've definitely enjoyed it so far despite coming up against a fair load of idiots such as my second ever game which resulted in two C2's, two C3's and both managers getting E3'd. My objectives for next season are to use better man management skills because I feel that I am reaching for my pocket to much, particularly at U11 level (despite what anyone says, the little buggers are DEFINITELY not as innocent as they were when I was one!). Cheers for everyone who commented on my two match incidents posts last month - they've helped me a hell of a lot. Anddd because this is getting a little long now, I suppose I should stop waffling now… To summarise: hi.
