Passed the test today

I passed the fitness test today ran 2700m 12 mins then smashed the sprints felt very good after I could of done more but slowed down to help a mate who as struggling but he got through as well.

Feeling proud now all the training has paid off.

Well done mate did mine yesterday too ran too quick ended up doing 2690m not bad for an old guy level 4 here I come
