Hi there had this in a game I refereed on saturday and a match I played today, could you clear this up for me.

Distraction, yes, retake yes
Distraction, no, retake, no
This is an 'In The Opinion Of The Referee' thing
Personally, I don't like nonsense, so I'd be inclined to retake and Caution
BTW... you don't look old enough to referee

Caution for distraction still an option regardless of the outcome
Realistically though, it would be a warning for the first offence (given the PK was scored) and a yellow for any repeat (regardless of the goal)
This would depend on the game atmosphere and so on....

Depends on outcome.
Goal scored. No retake every time.
No Goal / player distracted, retake and caution for offender.

To be clear, to retake, there must also be a caution given.
