I am looking at getting in as much fitness and speed agility training in as poss over the next few months.
I plan on doing this in a local field around a marked out football pitch.
Does anyone have a rope ladder or small hurdles up for grabs by any chance. Also some canes to put across the cones I plan on getting from somewhere to do a similar thing with.
