It will be interesting to see how you will fit all of that onto an A6 sheet of paper to fit in a match wallet.i certainly dont think there's anything wrong with yours, i've just created some which better suits what i want from a match record sheet (it's also cheaper than yours...when printing at work!)

Out of interest what level of games are you refereeing where you would have to record that level of information without the help of neutral assistants?Yeah you're not wrong! I've had to compromise a bit on space to write names and not included a bit of information up top that I never note down.
