    Cray Valley Vs Charlton

I was in 2 minds as to whether it should have been a red for SFP regardless of where the foul was committed. AR1 was in a good spot to correct the decision and let the ref know if was outside, but hey ho.

First Year L4 - Second Observation

Thanks to everyone for the feedback. To answer a couple of specifics - There were no major development points (6.5 or less), all were 7 or above. - There were a couple of development suggestions in the narrative of the 'standard expected', mainly around tips to improve working with assistants...

First Year L4 - Second Observation

Keen to get views on this. I'll try and keep it succinct. I'm a first year Level 4, so far have done 5 middles on the Supply League. My first observation (game 4) I got back as a 72.125 which, whilst not an earth shatteringly good mark, I was pleased with as my first observation at this level...

    "Snap him!"

Personally - if I've heard that and can identify who it was - I'm cautioning all day long for adopting an aggressive attitude.

    MOAS Observer reports

As a first season L4 - it amuses me when I look back over my first few games, there's a direct correlation between the winning team and a higher club mark and the losing team and a considerably lower mark....... I'm guessing this is the norm for everyone? :)

    MOAS

Not sure if this is the correct forum - apologies in advance if it is. Does anyone know what all the different categorisations are in MOAS? Just got my Level 4 promotion email through last week and all of these different codes have appeared in my MOAS account. I thought that the only levels...

Long time reader, first time poster......

Hi everyone, It's taken me 4 and a bit years of reading this forum to actually get round to joining and posting. I qualified in March 2019 and have loved refereeing ever since. Last week I received confirmation that I've been nominated by my County FA for Promotion to Level 4, so (along with...
