Anyone having any problem with the whole game system to log on and apply for promotion and re registration?
 
The Ref Stop
Our RDO emailed to say clear cache and cookies.
It's taken my payment but hasn't registered me.
 
It's saying our county isn't open for Registrations as yet.. I couldn't access this morning at all though.

I have that. It says I haven’t done my safeguarding but I have. I done it December time and done it again today. It still won’t let me on.
 
I just finished registering and I tried to click on the my account tab as I want to check something and it keeps redirecting me to the diversification survery and rating. Like wtf is this meant to help me with my account information.

Did you ever get to the bottom of why WGS didn't recognise that you had done the course last year ? I have the same issue and am reluctant to go through it all again !

Nope- I haven’t reregistered yet. I’ve emailed two people from my CFA and neither have replied. I want to attempt promotion this upcoming season and do county level- I have to apply by the 30th of this month if I want to do that. At the moment, it’s not looking good.

In case anyone else has this problem, WGS was showing I hadn't completed the safeguarding recertification when I knew I had last year. I wearily went to redo the online course, but on launching it, clicked on results and the certificate was there already. Somewhere in the FA systems some dots are not being connected

yep mine updated after a few days too.
