Hello. I'm due to go on my course in early December. Looking forward to it and I have been referee for a couple of friendlies already at youth level. I manage an under 14s boys team and have for 8 years and my 15year old daughter plays to a reasonably good standard and completed her referee course 2 months ago. She's sticking to under 7, 8 and 9's at the moment but enjoying it and supplementing her pocket money. I'm finding the forum really useful so thankyou in advance for all the advice. It's getting harder and harder to find referees for my teams matches so my motivation is to help out other grass roots teams, particularly teams in my club and to keep fit as I get older (52).
