The lotg are riddled with inconsistencies, not to mention any section of law dependent on the referees opinion, as the myriad of discussions on here attest to. :)

I would, however, suggest the best referees are a wonderful mixture of creative where they can be and consistent within the lotg. :)

The laws are very simple...The discussions ensue when referees try to find reasons not to apply them!
 
On occasion maybe padders. This would be a very quiet forum if your statement was true. :) heck, refereeing would be an easy occupation/hobby.
