First observation

Going for promotion from level 6-5 and it’s my first time being observed with the new developer reports. Anybody have any tips ?

I have just uploaded the new FA template for the 6-5 Match day coaching report. This is what you be observed on.

Otherwise referee as you would normally, the first rule is "Don't change your refereeing for the observers". Not quite the same as First rule of Fight club....
