Hello from Somerset

hi all,

My name is Darren and I am a level 7 referee from Somerset / Bristol area. I referee predominately in the Somerset County League, Mid SOmerset and Bristol & District league.
Does anyone know of any new changes to the rules? I have just got back from 2 weeks away and have not had chance to look things up yet.
