Hello everyone from the frozen north, Canada. My name is Ryan Owens and I'm in my 7th year of refereeing. I'm currently at the "Regional" level - not sure what the equivalent is in England - and I'm also the administrator for our provincial referee's association over the summer months. I look forward to discussing the game and how to officiate it with all of you and get some helpful tips as well as some insightful perspective.
