Open Age Mellow supporter

Recently did an OA game where there was a grand total of one supporter. The only issue was that this guy had a spliff on the go for the entire game - wind was blowing across the FOP so couldn't miss it.

I've got to be honest that I left him alone because he was not causing any problems (was probably quite mellow) but was wondering if you guys would have dealt with it any differently? Was a new one for me.

I personally wouldnt bother. Could potentially open up a big can of worms that I'd rather keep out of!

I used to play next to a bloke that would enter the FOP with a joint on the go and stub it out once referee calld to keepers before blowing;

And think now in my Reffing I encounter this probably every other week. Personally I'd just ignore it. Not a problem for me. Alcohol is a different matter mind.
