Anyone else having issues with the MOAS confirmation emails ?

My April fixtures are on MOAS, but no emails so only knew they were there when I logged in and looked. Could be just me, but can't see any reason why and heard anecdotally some others may be having issues

Everyone I know didn't get the email notifications.

I'm surprised there hasn't been anything sent out from the FA. Lots of people might not look on the off chance.
 
I think this is an issue with all of The FA systems to be honest. I haven't had my appointments through on email which my league does on full-time. I've also had issues with my WGS account. They have all been a bit dodgy the last few weeks.
 
I had an observer report available email come through yesterday
 
They will be getting quarantined. At the risk of sounding like a tech geek, the personal email providers like Gmail, Hotmail, etc, have recently implemented the same level of email spam protection that corporate systems have had for years. There are protocols called SPF, DKIM and DMARC, if they weren't all met the emails would still have been delivered to personal mailboxes, now they won't get anywhere near.
 
Our League FA Rep (or whatever his title is) has indicated that the FA are aware of the issue
I'm receiving some MOAS emails on my Corporate email address, but not others (not in Quarantine). Apparently, the issue is intermittent
That said, you might have thought they'd send out notification of the issue (or maybe that email didn't work too)
 
The issue was reported to the FA reps for each level. Some obviously haven't passed on the information.
 
First I was getting multiple emails to confirm 1 game - now none.. All since their "disaster recovery" - I'm sure they are looking into it.

No, I haven't heard anything all season as Level Y either (although not sure if they had one to start with). Just like I never actually received a mentor in my first 5 games, despite it being a requirement by The FA.

Mentor support is of course always subject to availability but is NOT an FA requirement.
All counties are short of volunteer mentors, so if any referees in England reading this can spare two hours a month to mentor, please advise your RDO.

My bad, I thought it was a requirement. Never mind then, I was fine anyway. My RDO came down on my 6th so it's not like it never happened, just not in my first 5.

I’m (seriously) recruiting for an email compliance and data governance specialist to join my team. I was looking at CVs today and you just went to the top of the pile!
 
On the subject of FA Systems, anyone else having issues with Full-Time emails? Seems like one of my leagues are sending emails through at midday and they don't come through to me until about 4 in the morning 🤣
