I am a coach of Under 9 and under 13 team and as there’s a lack of referees in our league I thought I would do the referee courses a volunteer firstly within my club but also to help out local teams if I’m not in work..

Any advice any experienced ref’s could give would be appreciated

You may be in too deep now. I thought I'd qualify and ref a few kids games an"all, but that's not how things have panned out!
