Hi all,

Recently became an obsever and just wondering if anybody has any template documents they use to make note taking easier that they wouldn’t mind sharing?

This is a document I sometimes use. It allows me to log the time, the catogery of the comment and any home / away players involved. I also keep a list of offences across the top to watch for Persistent infringement and an idea of the number of offence for which free-kicks are being awarded.
