Player refusing to leave field for sin bin

Had a weird one today, sin binned a player for dissent, pulled the yellow and pointed to the dugouts. He’s carried on mouthing off at me and refused to leave the field of play. He’s upped it from there with his choice of words which got him a red card where he finally left the FOP.

Question is, where do you go if they won’t actually leave the field?

The final action you can take is to abandon the game.

So first of all, any offence once temporarily dismissed the player takes no further part and can't be subbed, or if a RC offence is sent off.

If he refuses to leave, involve captain and/or manager and/or someone sensible explaining that the game cannot continue until the player leaves and if he doesnt then the game will be abandoned.

If no one can make him leave then, ultimately, we all go home.

Cheers James mate. That was my thinking to be honest. Wasn't the best getting observed but got it nipped in the bud pretty quickly when he decided to add his extra piece in and get himself a nice red card.

If it is a sin bin and he won’t go off, isn’t that delaying the restart and a caution?
