Rich & I were invited to Wembley the day before the FA Cup final between Chelsea & Liverpool (which was obviously very exciting – kids in sweet shops) to talk to the man at the top about mentoring, advice & tips for new referees. We discuss the national referee development plan and tells us about a match incident involving Alan Shearer!
