Hi everyone!

What is the correct procedure when a spectator touches the ball when it is still in play?

Thanks very much!

A spectator is considered an outside agent.

You stop play and restart with a dropped ball. Unless the ball was goes into the goal and it would have gone in anyway without the spectator touching it, in which case you award the goal.

I trust you know dropped ball is no longer contested.
