Bit of a boast post...

I had an email the other day informing me that I had been shortlisted for the Sheffield RA Up and Coming Referee of the Year. Completely out of the blue and absolutely chuffed to be nominated, so thanks to everyone at the RA, my RDP group, and the other refs I've worked with this year for all your help.
