I'm just wondering how many sessions should be done in a day's workout? I was thinking of taking up some of the speed/agility and speed/endurance parts of the guide for my own training. My fitness levels are fine when I'm on the pitch, it's when I'm not, my mind just goes 'boring' and shuts my body down. Annoying! So, I'm trying to improve on this aspect, I have a training buddy who is willing to go through these exercises with me, but we're just trying to hammer out the finer details.
Is that guide still relevant today or has it been updated?
