Aches and pains

I hope it rains soon (even drizzle will do) as my knees, achilles and ankles are killing me on the hard pitches. I've even given up running backwards for the season, as I don't think the tendons would put up with it!

Having a similar problem, veeery painfull. I've switched to using trainers now, and not mouldies, and my legs still feel like jelly!
