Hi so this is going to sound really bad but, before, I got my parents to register me to the league I ref in but now I’m going to be 18 they said I have to do it myself. I would like to sign up to border league but do not know how. Please could someone point me in the right direction. Thank you in advance.

Without knowing where you are and what the league is this is impossible. If you are in England then it is a case of contacting the Referee's Secretary for the league(s) you want to join, and your parents must have these contact details if they have registered you previously. The fact you have said border league though makes me think you might be in Scotland, and if no it may well work differently there.
I would like to join the Essex and Suffolk border league. I’ve never reffed for them before but I’m doing my level 6 promotion so need to find a men’s league.

Just look on the local fa website and you'll find most if not all of the adult leagues on there. Contact details can be found on the links.
