Safeguarding course frustration

need to re-do the safeguarding for all course (it’s expired), trying to re-certify on the FA website, but all my old answers keep re-appearing… and I therefore cannot complete the course… and therefore cannot re-register for the next season.
Anyone else had this and found a way to solve the problem. Tried de-enrolling then re-enrolling to no avail.

Good idea - I thought about that (and emptying browser cache), but as I need to log in with my username and password, will that work???

Yeah. Should do, should be nothing cached if you use incognito mode or a different browser altogether

I had that and clearing browser cache allowed the course to run correctly

I was told by county safeguarding for all was no longer required to referee open aged football.

Safeguarding for children was required for people refereeing youth.

But players aged 16/17 can play open age football - no requirement for SG required. Go figure!

It definitely is, I registered today and it said in bold that safeguarding was a requirement even if you only refereed adult football.
