Hi,
dis an open age ladies game today, all seemed to go well with no hassle or cards.
At FT away coach approaches and advises one of his players heard the home bench shout a (possibly) homophobic shout (I know what was said and to whom,). He is reporting it himself and I've done an extraordinary report but I heard nothing - as I've put in the report.
I added this on the new FA ref portal, question is - do I need to do anything else?
I advised him to bring it to my attention straight away next time so I can deal with it - or at least show I've responded at the time.
Thanks 👍

Did you carry out the discrimination protocol requirements whilst at the game?

There are different protocols for the various levels of football. The FA website has the details and an Internet search adds other options.
For referees at Level 4 and above, there is a requirement to talk with parties after the game before reporting the facts/allegations.
