i think they brought in the offside to explain that if there are two or more defenders closer to the goal line than any one attacker, regardless of the situation they are in, the goal stands.

in the first video, the first yellow should have been a straight red (hitting the opponent without the ball), and the second one is very close to red as well (orange).

the only thing i would change would be to have fouled players take the PK. only on hand situations or injuries/replacements would another player be allowed to take a shot. something like basketball has it now. it gives a chance to other players to score goals and not only CR7s, Messis, Neymars...

so team A is wining by 1, team B goes on counter attack 2 vs 1 (not GK), a sub from bench A runs and trips a B player commits DOGSO.. what are the sanctions? two yellows or straight red (who cares really)? does team A play with 10 or 11? what if a fan from team B commits the same infringement?
