Highlights for me
1) Minor decisions (throw-ins etc) determine the level of trust from the teams towards the Match Officials
2) Raising and lowering of profile (visibility, presence, foul recognition etc.) in unison as Match Officials
3) Importance of protecting the referee (and vice versa) against errors in Law
4) Use first names (not, "Oi, Ref" or whatever)

Brilliant. He is a class act. I've seen him working with young referees and he is just like that - constructive, articulate, respectful and very insightful.
