Didn't a referee disallow a goal from an over head kick a few seasons ago for PIADM?
If I remember correctly it was someone being checked out for SG1, I don't think he got another game.
At that level they want the "spectacle" so don't want referees stopping players doing things like this, so I imagine he'd have had to kick Luiz for the goal to be ruled out.

Having watched it, the overhead kick is very well timed, with the defender arriving a bit late to the party and coming under the player's boot. So, on that basis, I don't think it is dangerous at all and the goal should stand.
Exactly this. Balls been played before Luiz gets there. Don’t forget it was also checked as a matter of routine and allowed to stand
