Saw this earlier and love it, he knows what he has done and is absolutely gutted. Great that the players accept it, although I'd say it appears to be a youth game and I'm far from convinced senior pros would have accepted it in the same way.
 
Perfect illustration of the delay between seeing something and whistling. Fairly certain he has seen the white CB stretch the leg out and thought 'he's got this' and just as the whistle is coming to his lips the ball goes past the CB and black ends up with an OGSO.
Poor bugger.
 
I have apologised when I mess up by using the whistle too early and 9/10 the players appreciate it. It's the 1/10 reaction that you really don't want to see though!
