I'd have to disagree. Last season I think you could quite easily have given that as offside but with the new wording in the LOTG that's not offside for this season.
1) Suarez doesn't interfere with play as he doesn't touch the ball
2) I don't think that he challenged the goalkeeper for the ball, the Newcastle goalkeeper is a couple of yards away from Suarez as is not going to get the ball. Suarez jumps for the ball but does not challenge an opponent and for me that's where the difference in wording is applied
