Birmingham v Cardiff Shirt issue

Thought this was interesting, at Championship level, player with a replacement shirt that looks more like a training shirt (his shirt was torn).

You would think each player would have their own second shirt in case of inclement weather to change at half time.

LOTG doesn’t speak to inform requirements in any specificity. That is a rules of competition matter.

None. LotG only require that a team's shirts allow them to be distinguishable from the other team (and the match officials).
