Very surprised this wasn’t given at the time or after a VAR review (if there was one).

Best video I could find so apologies for the dramatic music etc.

I00% penalty if I see that in one of my games.

Referee Michael Oliver, VAR Jarred Gillett.

MO cutting the grass to be very decisive, ‘not a penalty’, gave JG an issue in recommending a review.

Would agree penalty kick should have been awarded.
 
In an otherwise really solid game of both football and referereeing, we're quite consistently not seeing these being given as PKs.
I'd really like them to be fouls, especially as an attacker and they're easy free kicks elsewhere on the pitch.

Once again, good game by Oliver and co. otherwise
 
I think not a good decision by referee not to give the penalty. Easy foul for me but not a clear and obvious one. So I think also a good decision by VAR to intervene.

MO does that a lot hence previous comments about not overulling him.
